No, this is not a collection of short stories by the legendary Roald Dahl (though I do highly recommend that book).
No.
This is my journey. My dermy-journey. My journey in the land of skin.
Why?
Because mine HATES ME!
We all know that whenever makeup touches it it goes taut and pulls the "I'm BURNING" routine.
Well shut up, face, it shouldn't be happening. I went out and bought the WHOLE Hypo-Allergenic line of makeup from Almay to PLEASE you, but are you PLEASED? NO! Still with the "I'm Burning, I'm BURNING!!!"
I threw out all of the almay stuff I've been using since this last happened in February and bought all new stuff. AND HAVE USED IT WELL. STILL: "I'm BURNING" Even the moisturizer isn't working anymore. Lynne gave me some perscription strength stuff when I was at their house on Sunday, which actually hasn't been working too well so far... My skin soaks it up but demands MORE and MORE and still BURNS!!!
Meanwhile I have crutch rash from all the hopping. At the hospital with Melissa, once we knew she was fine, I asked a nurse about it. She suggested Cortizone... which I had already been using. I'm just concerned by the REDNESS and the PURPLE MARKS after a show.
So I don't even know what to do. My skin can't stay like this for another month, it's JUST too uncomfortable. But do I have time to see a dermatologist?!? HA! Funny. Time! HA!!
So what to do? Moisturize the fuck out of my face, I guess. And drink more water...

oh no!!
tell your skin that Mullen says to shape up or ship out!
the redness and the purple spots are probably cause the crutch isn't the right size and its brusing you.
