Quick Update

Last Wednesday was Andrew's Birthday (yay!) so we had ice cream cake and tequila at McGinty's.

I stood in for an actor in last week's rehearsal, and another actor paid me a cool compliment: "you know how Rorschach has the thing in their contract that 'at any time, anyone can be replaced by sock puppets.'? Well we've got you." Awwww.

Dark Knight = AMAZING. I need to see it again, this time without covering my eyes.

Andrew's in DE, which is silly. Because I'm from DE, so why is he in DE? Designing for Delaware Shakespeare Festival. humph.

My job is tedious (hence the blogging).

I've got a LOT to do in order to be a working actor.

I was offered the SM position for Dog and Pony's next show, PUNCH! Because I love those people I can't wait!! It'll also fill up my time while Andrew's away, and rehearsals are across the street from my apartment, and performances are down the street from work, so... easy! Yay!

Girls' Night with Summit 522 was awesome! I miss those ladies.

The Show ended... I flipped out on Saturday night because it was HOTTER than it had EVER been, the audience was large but DEAD quiet, and whining that THEY were hot! Jerks. I almost took my leg down! I think the phrase "fuck your fuck!" escaped me... Sunday was nice. We had almost no audience again, so we made it OURS. "Mudbutt" got slipped in anywhere possible, we did and said things we had always WANTED to during performances, but had stuck to rehearsed for the sake of the show. Last show was totally OURS. And it sucked saying "see ya" to quite a few people. I actually did love the cast...
