Work is busy, and I'm being incredibly responsible (except for ONE large ball drop that was easily remedied with the help of future-husband) and I get even more to do! I'm writing for the education blog! Wheee! Nerddom!
I've got projects lined up and auditions to prepare for and friends whom I love unto death. When in 2009 did Reichelt and I get to get drunk on white wine and watch Fairy Tale Theatre blearily into the night? When in 2009 did I get to bake lots of things from scratch THAT PEOPLE LOVE and get to help Alie make cinnamon rolls - which was a pretty complicated recipe, ok? When in 2009 did I get to randomly see Becca in DE?! BEST YEAR SO FAR EVER! Or it will be when I take a trip to NYC to see Mullen's new digs!
I'm getting married this year, I got a fresh new haircut, I'm ready for the next 11 months! Bring it, 2010! Let's run in a field together in Slow Motion!
PLUS! BONUS, 2010! Andrew got a Helen Hayes Award Nomination!! His first ever! He works so hard every day to make it possible for worlds WORLDS to be created in a matter of days. The actors rehearse for weeks, the set is built for weeks, the costumes are built for weeks and in DAYS Andrew's created a whole new way of seeing it all in sexy sexy lighting. And FINALLY he is recognized for his achievement! So, thanks, 2010! I'm giving you the badge early. You can hold onto it until a shit storm comes along - but I don't think it will!
