About the only reason I want to see BOLT is for that Hamster. I'll wait...
I forgot to say how much fun I had at home last week! Dad made really good food for Thanksgiving - all the traditions, as well as Pea Champ (mashed potatoes with garlic, onions, and peas! actually, good!) and I ate it all weekend. Dad and I caught up with some tv watching, trading favorite episodes (hey, it's what we do!) and mom and I had some time together walking and arguing (hey, it's what we do!).
Brendan only really showed up to dinner on Thursday. His new job at Shore Stop takes up a lot of his time.
BUT I GOT TO SEE BECCA!!!! TWICE!!! We went out for dinner at the newly re-opened La Tonalteca in Dover (where our waiter, and another waiter, stopped for conversation OFTEN. like, uncomfortably much). Laura and Dani, Becca's friend and Covenant roomate, came too! It was a really fun time. So fun, that we went out for drinks after. Now, Dover's not exactly got a hopping night life - but there is a new bar: McGlynn's (McGinty's knock off?) on the lake. So we went! And got very tart drinks. After scoping the bar for a bit from our booth, and determining our waitress hated us (with reason), we left.
Becca, Dani, and I met up the next day to go shopping. Instead of going to the Dover Mall, we drove to Annapolis (to the amazing mall). It took a lot out of us to just traverse the mall! Tiring, but fun. And no Old Navy! I ask you, what mall doesn't have an Old Navy?! Hmph.
Also, Becca is now one of my Bridesmaids. She's one of my oldest, bestest friends, so I needed to have her! Yay! Now All I need is one more blonde Taurus and my set is complete! Just kidding. That's a hard decision that I'm not ready to make yet. I only get to ask 1 or 2 more friends to stand by me on that day, and I honestly don't know who it's going to be yet! Too many loves. It's going to be tough choosing, I can tell you that!
Yesterday I met up with Zanderson (Kirsten Anderson), one of my college roomates and awesome person, for dinner and The Movie. We caught up on the past year, which was great. She apparently had a great time in Korea! And by The Movie I do mean Twilight. And I have to say, movie: better than the book! Why!? Because I wasn't subjected to Bella's every inane, vapid thought! Kirsten was bothered that she never smiled, and that the movie was so EMO (it was). But there's no not-awkward way to say any of the things those kids had to say, and it honestly had some great moments. Congrats! The movie doesn't suck!
Manyhoodly, LET TOMORROW BE OVER SO I CAN GET GONE TO EUROPE ALREADY!!!!
